... as Kyocera proudly states on the box.

I’ve been cutting tapes, splicing and editing for decades, using Tekefunken and Studer’s technology and enjoying immensely the fairy tale-like magic scissors appearing on Studer C37... but when I’m using these Japanese Kyocera ceramic blades scissors, well... I feel I’m doing right!

These little unassuming tool is so right and edits are noiseless and click-free... but it’s the wabi-sabi feeling which makes me smile every time I use it.
